By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Start4AI is operated by ABOD NEST S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company, CUI 49367655, Trade Register no. J2024000017268, registered office at Abud no. 30, Ghindari, Mureș County, 547266, Romania. Contact: zoltan@start4ai.ro. ABOD NEST S.R.L. is the legal entity; Start4AI is the brand it operates.
Services
Start4AI provides AI development, automation, content creation, and growth services as described on our website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and conditions are defined in individual project agreements. Implementation begins from the date of contract signing and receipt of the advance payment.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables created for their project. Start4AI retains rights to general methodologies, tools, frameworks, and internal libraries used during development.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. We typically apply the following structure: 40% advance at project start, 30% at the midpoint of development, 30% upon project delivery. Invoices are due within 15 days. In case of late payment, Start4AI reserves the right to suspend work until payment is received.
Warranty
Every project comes with a 30-day warranty upon delivery. This means that if the delivered system does not meet the accepted specification, we will fix the issue free of charge. The warranty does not cover issues caused by client modifications, third-party problems, or features outside the original specification.
Limitation of Liability
Start4AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. The client is responsible for backing up their own data.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In case of termination, the client is obligated to pay for work completed up to the termination date. Start4AI will deliver all completed work and documentation to the client.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen, unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, internet outages, etc.). In such cases, the performance deadline is extended by the duration of the impediment.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The parties shall seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. If this fails, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Mureș County, Romania.
Changes to Terms
Start4AI reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated through our website. Updated terms take effect on the date of publication.
