    Context

Zaap started from the need for a local AI voice agent market that could speak Romanian and Hungarian fluently, not just English. Most global solutions had limited support for local languages and Romanian business systems.

    Challenge

The platform had to manage multiple voice agents per client, support multiple languages, integrate with telephony and calendars, and provide a clear dashboard for configuration and monitoring.

    Solution

We built a multi-tenant SaaS platform with:

    • Voice agents on web and telephony via Twilio
    • Support for Romanian, Hungarian, and English
    • Dashboard for configuring scenarios, voice, and knowledge
    • Calendar integration for scheduling
    • Analytics for calls, duration, and resolutions

    Outcome

The platform launched in production and can serve multiple clients simultaneously. The voice agents can handle calls 24/7, transfer to operators, and record all interactions for later analysis.
